1 General Terms & Conditions

33cb (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 33cb and its users.

By creating an account, browsing the website, or using the mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, the English version will prevail in the event of any legal dispute.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to create an account on 33cb. Accounts that do not meet these requirements may be suspended at 33cb's discretion.

Age & Identity

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of account registration.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• A national ID card or passport is required for KYC verification.

Account Security

• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
• We recommend changing your account password on a regular basis.

3 Financial Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on 33cb are handled securely and transparently. Please read the deposit and withdrawal rules below carefully.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods are accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Rules

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms & Conditions

33cb offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds must be wagered to the specified amount before any withdrawal can be made. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the respective bonus offer details.

General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once from a single account.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus claimed using a VPN or proxy will be voided.
• 33cb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on 33cb and are enforced equally for all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 33cb reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the associated bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined by the actual result of the event.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market, and are set at the discretion of 33cb.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33cb. Any violation will result in immediate action.

• Fraud: Use of false information, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under one individual.
• Bot/Script Use: Placing bets using automated software or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Hacking: Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's security systems.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to engage in fraudulent gameplay.

If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

33cb takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Under the circumstances below, 33cb may temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud is found.
• In cases of self-exclusion requested by the user.

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 may apply to inactive accounts — the account will be closed automatically once the balance reaches zero.

10 Liability Limits

33cb is not liable for the following.

• If a bet is lost due to an internet connection issue.
• Due to delays or errors on the part of third-party payment processors.
• If the user's password is negligently shared or the account is compromised.
• In the event of a temporary service disruption due to technical reasons.
• If services are restricted due to legal obligations.

In all circumstances, 33cb's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

11 Disputes Settlement

For any disputes or complaints, please follow the process outlined below.

• Contact our customer support first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• If your issue remains unresolved through support, please submit a formal complaint.
• Formal complaints will receive a response within 7 business days.
• 33cb's designated arbitration board will have final authority over all decisions.
